While insurance companies have certain rules in place to protect a member's privacy, the health delivery system is not foolproof. For that reason, some people prefer to not use their insurance for added privacy protection.
Here are Linda's usual and customary fees for her services:
FEES:
- Initial Intake Appointment = $145
- Regular 45 - 50-minute session = $95;
- Extra for extended appointment = $1.50 per min. over 60
minutes
- Phone consults = $1 per min.
- Offers a courtesy $10 discount for those who agree to pay in
full on the day of service and who do not require third party
billing services.
INSURANCE
Linda bills insurances directly and is covered by:
- Most Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans
- Healthy Options (but not regular Group Health)
- She no longer works directly with Aetna, Cigna, or Tricare
- With some insurances, such as United Behavioral Health and Value Options, she is often covered as an out-of-network provider.
- Linda is also able to work with churches who choose to help members with their counseling costs.
